I’d love to hear from you.
Whether you have a question about something I’ve written, a product recommendation request, a correction to flag, a partnership idea, or just want to share your own feeding story – your message lands directly in my inbox, and I read every single one.
Get in touch
Email: a.nourish.ad.life@gmail.com
I aim to reply within 5 business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on what my baby has decided about sleep that week. Please be patient – it’s just me on the other end.
What I’d love to hear about
Some of my favourite messages come from readers who want to:
- Share what worked for them – your feeding stories help shape what I write next
- Ask a question about a specific product, technique, or topic I’ve covered
- Suggest an article topic you’d love to see covered (genuinely, I keep a list)
- Flag a correction – outdated info, broken links, factual errors, anything I’ve got wrong
- Recommend a product I should test or research
- Disagree with something I’ve written – respectfully, please, and I’ll listen
- Pass along a resource – research, an organisation, a community that helped you
- Just say hi – sometimes that’s the best message of all
Working together
If you’re a brand, PR agency, or fellow creator interested in working with me, here’s what to know upfront:
I’m selective about partnerships. I only work with brands whose products I’d genuinely recommend to a friend, and only if they fit my readers’ actual needs. Most pitches I receive don’t make it to my site, and that’s by design – my readers’ trust matters more than any single campaign.
I don’t do:
- Paid positive reviews
- Undisclosed sponsorships
- Generic link insertion in existing articles
- Content written from a brand’s brief without my own honest evaluation
I’m open to:
- Genuine affiliate partnerships for products I’d recommend anyway
- Sample products to test honestly (with full disclosure if I write about them)
- Sponsored content clearly labelled as such, with full editorial control retained
- Collaborations with other ethical creators in this space
If that sounds like a fit, please email me at a.nourish.ad.life@gmail.com with:
- Who you are and what brand you represent
- Which product or partnership you have in mind
- Why you think it’s a fit for my readers
- Your budget or commission structure (if relevant)
I’ll respond either way – yes or no – within 2 weeks.
Press and media
If you’re a journalist, podcaster, or media professional looking to feature Nest, Nurse and Nourish, quote me, or invite me onto your platform, please email a.nourish.ad.life@gmail.com with a brief about your project, your deadline, and how you’d like to work together.
I keep our family’s faces private but am happy to participate in interviews via email, voice-only formats, or as an anonymous source where appropriate.
A note on what I can’t help with
I want to be upfront about the limits of what I can do via email:
- I’m not a healthcare provider. I can’t give you medical or personalised feeding advice. For anything urgent or specific to your situation, please reach out to your GP, midwife, child and family health nurse, IBCLC, or for Australian readers, the Australian Breastfeeding Association helpline (1800 686 268, 24/7).
- I can’t diagnose anything. If something is concerning you about your baby’s feeding, growth, or health, please contact a qualified professional.
- I can’t recommend products without context. If you ask “what pump should I buy?” without any background, my answer will be “it depends” plus a link to my pump comparison article. Detailed personal recommendations need detailed personal context – and even then, they’re my opinion, not professional advice.
- I’m not able to do free consultations. I love hearing your stories and answering general questions, but I can’t offer paid-consultant-level personalised guidance via email.
For everything else – I’m here.
Mailing address
I run Nest, Nurse and Nourish as a personal blog from Sydney, Australia. For privacy reasons I don’t share a physical address publicly, but if you have a legitimate need for one (e.g., to send a product sample, official correspondence, or media materials), please email me first and I’ll provide one.
Connect elsewhere
Beyond email, you can find me on:
- Pinterest: [your Pinterest URL — add once set up]
I’m most responsive on email. Social media replies can be slower because I’m not on those platforms every day.
Before you write
A quick favour — it helps me reply faster and more usefully if you can include:
- A clear subject line (“Question about Elvie pump” beats “Hi”)
- Some context about your situation (only what you’re comfortable sharing)
- The specific question or feedback
- How urgent it is, if relevant
Don’t worry about being perfect or “professional” – write the way you’d write to a mum friend.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
— Amanda Nest, Nurse and Nourish
